Handling of Abrasive and Fexible Cardboard Boxes by Bellows Suction Pads SPOB1

The handling of extremely abrasive (e.g. rough cardboard sheets) and unstable workpieces (e.g. rough cardboard) belongs to the daily tasks of the packaging industry. This processes can be automated by the high suction force of the oval Bellows suction pads SPOB1.

The special material Elastodur ED-65 provides a high tear resistance (3 times more than NBR). This enabels heavy-duty operation in multi-shift service with very short cycle times and high acceleration.

Because of this advantages, the Bellows suction pads SPOB1 are used in Pick-and-Place applications and palletizing processes.
