Palettizing and Depalettizing with Layer Gripping System SPZ

The vacuum layer gripper SPZ ist the gripper system in palett size. This enabled the palettizing and depalettizing of whole product layors. This reduces significantly the cycle time.

The suction plane is made of specially foam or single suction pads. Thereby the gripper is perfectly adapted to the workpiece and it needs no gripper chance for various workpieces.

Another highlight is the switching off unused suction cells. This is the reason why it needs no gripper change for part occupied palett.
