This Vacuum lifter has been designed to remove extremly long glasfibre half pieces out of its moulding and to move them along the manufacturing hall. The tool has a total length of about 35 m and is able to carry a load of 1400 kg.
The total number of suction pads: 24 are distrubuted over the length on a stable gridconstruction traverse with few own weight. The suction pads may be adjusted to several shapes, they are flexible mounted and suitable especially for bending workpieces. In case of not touching, the single suction pad might also be switched off. The two vacuum generators are working in two different vacuum circles for safety reasons. Operation can be realized from both sides by a ergonomic operation handle.
