This device is used for ergonomical handling of cathode ray tubes. It consists of six individually adjustable bellows-type suction pads (diameter 78 mm) mounted on a small, compact base unit. This photograph shows how the CRTs, with screen dimensions of 20-29“, are gripped from the rear by the bellows-type suction pads.
