Loading a woodworking machine with a VacuMaster Light
The VacuMaster Light makes work much easier in applications where large numbers of light workpieces need to be handled. It can be used to grip and transport a wide range of different objects without damaging them. The device is available in two versions:
VacuMaster 100-1 with one rigidly mounted suction pad
VacuMaster 100-4 with four flexibly mounted suction pads
The VacuMaster Light (for objects weighing up to 100 kg) guarantees easy and ergonomical handling, even though the device itself weighs only 13 or 15 kg, respectively.

This company manufactures all parts of the cases for the piano industry and also various individual items of furniture. The wooden parts are handled with a VacuMaster Light 100-4. The picture also shows how the operator controls the chain hoist with his right hand while using his left hand to position the workpiece with the aid of the VacuMaster Light.
