Vulkollan Suction Pads and Check Valves

Are used here for the handling of large metal sheets (up to 3000 x 1700 mm).

These sheets, which weigh up to 100 kg and bend easily, pass through a cleaning unit and a precise positioning unit and are then loaded into a press line.

The check valves disconnect the individual suction pads from the vacuum circuit if - due to smaller workpiece dimensions or different workpieces - the pads are not in contact with the surface of the workpiece.
