Schmalz makes training positions available to open-minded young people in both the commercial and industrial sectors.
Pursue your career in a leading international vacuum technology company. Solid and exhaustive training in a company where you can fully develop awaits you.
During your training, you will get to thoroughly know the entire company and you will actively work with different teams. In this way, you will learn in practice what is really behind terms such as "team work" and "joint responsibility." In apprentice meetings, which take place in four-week cycles, you will receive comprehensive information about all important events regarding the company.
Schmalz trains for both industrial and commercial careers.

Fun with training should, of course, not be given short shrift, so you can get to know your fellow apprentices better during, for example, barbecues, trips for apprentices, or sweat-inducing sports activates.
