Schmalz Academy
With more than 150 seminars per year, the Schmalz training center offers an above-average range of courses for the technical and personal development of our employees. Intensive career-advancement and training programs continually provide up-to-date knowledge and new perspectives. The Schmalz Academy makes our employees fit for the future.
Every six months, we publish a new brochure containing a wide range of courses and seminars. These are held by company employees and external lecturers. Each year, we offer an average of 100 different seminars, held in modern classrooms. External training courses supplement this.
In addition to personal advancement, the objective of the Schmalz Academy is to promote team behaviour with the aid of shared activities. Many leisure activities are available and our employees make good use of them.
