Vacuum Suction Spiders SSP

The vacuum suction spiders SSP serve both to chain robots in presses and bending centers and to automate plastic, injection molding and swage machines. The vacuum suction spiders are also used in the wood/plastics sector and for water jet, laser and die cutting/nipple machines.

The vacuum suction spiders permit order picking in storage and distribution centers with robotic palletizers and industrial robots. The typical applications include metal profiles, circuit boards, stones, sheet products, car body parts, glass and ceramic parts, solar panels, non-rigid workpieces, and much more.

An ideal selection of suction pads, area grippers, magnets or mechanical grippers, together with plungers, holders and profiles, as well as valve technology with sensors, make the modular system possible. Depending on the requirement, various vacuum generators (vacuum pump, vacuum blower, ejector) are available. For quick adjustability or fixed alignment, circuit board separation, workpiece retrieval or collision protection, there are various options.

Vacuum Suction Spiders SSP-FMC

This version of the vacuum suction spider SSP is used together with the FMC grippers. The grippers feature a low height and are very lightweight. The vacuum is generated externally.

Vacuum Suction Spiders SSP-SBX

The use of SBX suction pads affords this vacuum suction spider the advantage of an additional vacuum reservoir and a large vacuum flow. This allows for aspiration of difficult-to-handle workpieces, for example pieces with unplaned or warped surfaces.

Vacuum Suction Spiders SSP-SG

The vacuum suction spider SSP-SG is used in conjunction with vacuum suction grippers. Due to the broad selection of available vacuum suction grippers it can be used very universally and can be adapted for nearly every application. The vacuum spider can also be flexibly equipped with gripping elements optimised for a particular industry or application. It is found in all areas in which automated vacuum handling is used.
