Generating vacuum
The heart of any vacuum system is the vacuum generator. Depending on the required power and the application, vacuum is generated with vacuum blowers, vacuum pumps or ejectors. Blowers are used wherever a high suction capacity is needed to evacuate large volumes. Ejectors and pumps are used when a high vacuum is necessary. Ejectors are also ideal for applications where the vacuum must be switched on and off very quickly. They are also very resistant to wear since they have no moving parts.
