Mounting Systems for CNC Machine Tools

You machine wood, glass, plastic or paving slabs with CNC-guided machining centres? Then you also suffer from downtimes caused by setting up the machines. With our vacuum mounting systems, we minimize the setup time at your CNC machine tools.

Construction of custom-fit templates for small work pieces was tedious, the vacuum suction blocks slipped out of place because the hoses were in the way, and mechanical clamps had to be reset -- all of which took time.

As vacuum technology specialists we set to work on these problems, and now offer you the opportunity to significantly shorten setup times with a complete line of vacuum mounting systems. We carry the appropriate suction blocks for small and large work pieces. The suction blocks are suctioned onto the CNC machine by a vacuum and thus offer maximum flexibility for positioning on the machine. Because of the tension from below, the work piece can be machined all around, without having to be reset.

Matrix Plate

The Matrix-Plate is particularly suitable for process-safe clamping of large, flat metal workpieces with smooth bottom surfaces on CNC machining centres and guarantees very short set-up times. Even components which are difficult to clamp mechanically can be clamped easily, quickly, without distortion and precisely.

The Matrix-Plate can be secured quickly on the machine table with the aid of clamping claws or a zero-point clamping system. The modular design ensures maximum flexibility, since the components are easy to handle and the various versions can be combined freely.

Head Systems for Differing Work Pieces

When using our universal area heads FXC and FMC, as well as our position head SPZ, the laborious change of heads when changing applications in a system is omitted. Our heads handle both the work piece and the intermediate layer, as well as the pallet. This saves space, time and money, because with our head systems you can omit changeable heads.
