We meet this challenge with our Schmalz Academy!
Every six months, we publish a new brochure containing a wide range of courses and seminars. These are held by company employees and external lecturers. Each year, we offer an average of 100 different seminars, held in modern classrooms. External training courses supplement this.
In addition to personal advancement, the objective of the Schmalz Academy is to promote team behaviour with the aid of shared activities. Many leisure activities are available and our employees make good use of them.
