In January 2002, we introduced a new, customer-oriented process organisation. This means that we now distinguish more strictly between the various business activities of Schmalz and the related specific requirements of our customers. We have integrated all advantages of your previous "team organisation" into the new structure.
Our teams are now product-oriented - grouped according to the business divisions - and structured for their specific tasks. With this new organisation, we can react better and faster to customer requirements and wishes.
The result is not only more efficient working methods, but also a very positive working climate and high employee motivation.
This "team spirit" also continues after working hours.
Within the framework of the Schmalz Academy, we offer many leisure activities, such as volleyball, beach volleyball, table tennis, bowling, badminton and other activities.
Qualified and interested employees are indispensable for maintaining and increasing our competitiveness. We understand this and will work together to master the demands of the future.
