YOUR TASKS

Learn and apply vacuum automation theory and practical experience, product line knowledge, as well as market and competitor knowledge to recommend safe and correct solutions.
Determine the right solution options for unique applications presented by customers.
Employ project management skills, test and specify product projects for customers. Build rapport with and support end customers, distributors and outside sales team with product support questions from the office and occasionally on-site.
Support other colleagues when necessary, including answering phones and assisting in assembly services.
Attend trainings offsite, including at the parent company, and occasionally attend trade shows. Other job duties as assigned.

YOUR PROFILE

Associates degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Applications Engineer or experience in Industrial manufacturing processes.
Must be detail oriented with a passion for developing and improving processes.
Industry knowledge or a strong interest in technology, sales channels and business development is desirable.
Strong mechanical inclination,and self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
