In industry, the clocks tick differently. Students of business administration and industry learn this from the very first lecture: They are taught the basic business management knowledge of all areas of an industrial company - and control the company's destiny after graduation.
Are you looking for a monotonous course of study and don't want to take on any responsibility later in your job? Then the business administration/industry degree program is definitely not for you. Because hardly anything is as diverse as the business processes in an industrial company like Schmalz. That's why we need real experts who can always keep track of things. During your dual study program at Schmalz and at the DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen, you will learn the basics of general business administration as well as specialized knowledge in four areas: Controlling and Finance, Marketing and Sales Management, Materials and Production Management, and Human Resources Management. Even during your studies, you will take care of customer service, consulting and sales, market research, planning, use and control of marketing instruments, processing and monitoring of payment transactions, business statistics, personnel administration and management or accounting and costing. And so that you can also see how the whole thing works abroad, we'll send you to one of our international branches for an internship semester.
