Boredom? Never. Variety? But hello: As a trainee at Schmalz, you will go through all the commercial areas of the company and get to know a wide variety of activities from the world of business administration. Sometimes you will receive customer orders from all over the world, sometimes you will be involved in trade fairs. You'll be booking payments or making sure that inventories are always exactly right. This requires real expert knowledge in the fields of business administration and accounting.
In the purchasing, sales, human resources, accounting and marketing departments, your wide range of skills will be particularly in demand during your training - and, of course, afterwards.
