Application

Handling of large and heavy, airtight or porous wooden boards up to 400 kg
Ideal for rough and coated MDF, OSB and particle boards
Also for gypsum fiber and gypsum plaster board as well as plastic sheets
Swiveling of workpieces up to 300 kg by up to 90° (optional)
Ergonomic assistance at any working height
High suction capacity and large suction plates for secure handling of porous workpieces
Active blow off using a reversing valve for fast depositing of workpieces
Fast and efficient handling of heavy workpieces with precise, continuous swiveling by 90° (optional)
Robust design for use in rough working environments
  • Vacuum lifting device (1) with movable operator handle to adjust the working height
  • High-power vacuum blower (2) with centrifugal mass to delay vacuum dissipation in event of a power failure
  • Reversing valve (3) to quickly release the load
  • Electric drive (4) for continuous and precise swiveling by 90° (optional)
  • Large suction plates (5) that can be moved along the beam
  • Audible warning device for protection against vacuum drop in case of a power failure
