Individually planned systems guarantee an optimal process integration and ensure a quick return on investment.
(1) Flange connection STARR Rigid connection to common robots and gantries
(2) Flange connection FLEX Spring-mounted connection to common robots and gantries
(3) Various gripper modules
(A) With intermediate layer handling
(B) With global vacuum chamber
(C) With layer detection
(D) With mechanical clamping
(4) Suction box with foam For virtually all workpieces, optionally with zoning
(5) Suction box with suction cups For uneven workpieces, optionally with zoning
(6) Suction box with skirt For difficult workpieces, with global vacuum chamber
Every layer gripping system can be adapted to individual requirements. The following data are therefore reference values and may vary depending on the application. Suction tests with original workpieces are always required to ensure functionality. They are executed in our test center.
