Unlike other awards, the results of the GPTW are largely based on an anonymous survey completed by all employees. The questions relate to the quality and attractiveness of the workplace culture. The rankings reflect the honest opinion of staff.
We are therefore very proud to have regularly placed so well. In 2018, Schmalz achieved an outstanding 19th place in the category for “Companies with 501 to 2000 employees.”
Our commitment to training young people is also award-winning: Alongside our DHBW Dual Partner Award, we are also delighted to have received the “1A training company” award from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the Northern Black Forest.
