This is how the Video Consultation Works.

To be able to use the Voice over IP consultation, all you need is a PC, laptop or smartphone with Internet access.

You arrange a consultation appointment with us – via e-mail, telephone or using the online form.
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via e-mail with all the information you need to dial in to the call.
On the agreed date, click the link in the e-mail and you will be connected directly to your Schmalz consultant.
