The suction area is equipped with suction cups to provide the local vacuum, which is applied to the corresponding surface of the workpiece. The built-in check valves immediately seal off unused suction cups, allowing you to lift even layering patterns with gaps. The patented curtain concept externally seals the entire product layer. This generates a global vacuum for additional security during the handling process. A mechanical clamp increases the holding forces.

As a result, this system is ideal for various product layers, even ones with gaps in the layering pattern. The sophisticated combination of different holding forces can automate the complex process for increased efficiency.
