Senior Sales Engineer (m/f)

in Nanjing



  • Realize the sales and marketing activity in Nanjing area and Anhui province of Schmalz Vacuum components and system
  • Collect the information of the customers, summarize, filter and feedback, make the analysis of competitors and realize into actions
  • Initiate the new products and technical solution, promote the new products to the key account
  • Make detailed sales action plan, achieve the sales target by projects on-hand and develop new projects
  • Work together with the Industry Segment Managers of China and headcounter, develop key account business in target area
  • Take charge of technical training for different people of key account
  • Improve the reputation of Schmalz brand in key account



  • Bachelor or above education degree, engineering and technical background is required
  • Over 5 years working experience in an international environment, improved successful experience in automation field
  • Familiar with the technical conditions and demand development of domestic and international automation with deep understanding and knowledge
  • Customer orientated thinking and team work
  • Love sales work, smart mind and with the experience of key account developing and project management
  • Strong communication skill, good at culture crossing cooperation
  • Fluent English, German is preferred
  • Dynamic, optimistic, tenacious, can bear the working pressure
