커버를 덮지 않은 진공 패드의 진공 라인을 닫는 체크 밸브입니다. 이 밸브는 시스템 진공을 유지합니다. 유량 제한기는 진공 라인을 제한합니다. 이는 대부분 다공성 부품을 핸들링하는 데 사용됩니다.
