With the vacuum units, Schmalz offers a complete unit with integrated pump, reservoir, filter, control, vacuum monitoring and energy-saving function.
The complete system is available in various variants with dry-running pump or oil-lubricated pump from september 2025.

Design

- Oil-lubricated vacuum pump (1) and control (2) with main switch, CEE plug connector (3) and potential-free contact (4) with release signal
- Mobile reservoir (5) with integrated fill level monitoring and digital vacuum switch (6)
- Vacuum connection incl. solids filter (7) to prevent dirt from entering the reservoir
- Compressed air connection incl. pressure-reduction valve (8) for quick emptying of the liquid reservoir via the drain valve (9)
- LED rotating beacon light (10) as visual process light
