Without a plan? Not after the career information day at Schmalz
Apprentices and dual studies students from Schmalz inform visitors at the Schmalz careers information day.
Answers to individual questions are not only provided by workshops, lectures, company tours and direct exchanges with trainees, students and trainers. Those who want to know exactly what to do can register for an exclusive one-to-one consultation - away from the hustle and bustle of the event and tailored to their own interests. Appointments can already be conveniently booked online.
The careers information day also offers many opportunities to get involved: In the training workshop, visitors can engrave pens, design bottle openers or playfully put their knowledge to the test in the sustainability escape room. Food and beverages will of course be provided - including the popular crêpes stand.
"We want to give young people guidance - in a practical, honest and individual way" says Head of HR Daniel Just. "The new job advice service is an ideal way to do this."
