Schmalz offers maintenance and breakdown service in accordance with Australian Standard AS2550. We can schedule your regular servicing and contact you in advance so you don’t have to worry when your service is due.
Maintenance
In addition to regular equipment serving Schmalz also offers Major inspections and rebuilds on cranes, hoists and vacuum lifting systems along with patient hoists and slings. Schmalz also offers relocation services for cranes.
Repairs
Do you have a defective device, damaged component or faulty system? We assist and support you in restoring your process as quickly as possible. We will inspect the item and in the process locate the defect. We will create a repair estimate and discuss the options for replacement delivery or repair with you. Upon your approval, we process the item as quickly as possible and get you up and running again.
Spare Parts
Our large inventory of spare parts permits us to react quickly and at short notice to your requirements. In addition to our local stock of spares we also have access to the global Schmalz warehouse and express shipping options.
Installation of your vacuum systems and training of your employees
When delivering the products, our service technicians will assist you with the installations on site on request.
We completely install our handling systems and cranes at your site. The handling systems and cranes are fully ready for operation. Our vacuum head systems are integrated into your production process on site and their operation is started in cooperation with you. Our vacuum components, such as for example pumps and blowers, are professionally installed by our technicians in your systems.
