Payment methods
We want to make it as easy and uncomplicated as possible for you to process your payment. You can therefore choose from the payment methods listed here:
Prepayment
After you place your order, we send you an order confirmation and pro forma invoice with our bank details. Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account. Once we receive your payment, your shipment is handed over to your selected logistics partner.
Invoice
When you make a payment on invoice, it is due within the specified term of payment from the invoice date. Unfortunately, we can only offer this payment method to our established customers.
Credit card
You can also pay by credit card in our online store. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The data is transmitted to the payment service provider in encrypted form and protected by additional security measures such as 3D Secure, so that your data is secure at all times. The payment process is initiated immediately after the order has been placed once the credit card details have been legitimized.
ACH Payment
Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a secure, direct bank transfer method that allows you to pay for your order directly from your checking or savings account. ACH transfers are processed through the U.S. banking network and typically complete within 1-3 business days. When you choose ACH payment, you simply authorize us to debit your account for the purchase amount—no credit card or sensitive financial information is exposed during the transaction. Please note that ACH transfers are only available for customers with U.S. bank accounts.
