Schmalz honors Mexican subsidiary as "Company of the Year 2025"

The Mexican Schmalz team had a special reason to celebrate. The coveted "Company of the Year" award for 2025 went to North America. In the categories of sales, costs and profit, Schmalz Mexico achieved the best overall rating of the 31 Schmalz locations worldwide - and was duly honored on Monday. "Mexico has proven what strong teams we can count on worldwide," says Managing Shareholder Dr. Johannes Schmalz, who presented the award for the first time at the WMM. "What Mexico achieved in 2025 should also be our motto this year: fully on course for growth!"

The three-day WMM set the course for this growth and discussed key strategic initiatives. The industrial company Schmalz will continue to underpin its pioneering technical role in the vacuum sector in 2026 with numerous new automation and handling solutions. Artificial intelligence has also long since found its way into Schmalz and will continue to play a central role in the new year.
"We will play to our strengths," says Dr. Johannes Schmalz. "Technological innovations, sustainable products and end-to-end digitalization - all for the benefit of our customers. I am convinced that we will be successful in 2026. We are not letting up one bit and will continue to be fully committed in the new year."
