The portable conveyor system Destuff-it™ increases efficiency when unloading containers or trailers and at the same time improves operators’ ergonomics. By optimally aligning the conveyor belt with the package wall, the unloading process is accelerated, while fatigue and muscle strain are significantly reduced. This leads to higher throughput, larger handling capacity and long-term preservation of health workforce.
For equally efficient loading, Restuff-it™ ideally complements the system. Together, both solutions enable maximum productivity and ergonomic working throughout the entire logistics chain - from unloading to loading freight carriers.
With Destuff-it™ and Restuff-it™, loading and unloading is up to 50% faster than manual methods, increasing throughput to as many as 2,000 boxes per hour
While the products are continuously transported on the conveyor belt, the employees sort and palletize them properly at the end of the line
The flexible system head and movable operator platform ensure optimal positioning and reduce strain on employees during loading and unloading. Various sensors actively protect the operator. The result: reduced fatigue, muscle strain and injury

Modular system
- Robust operator platform (1)
- Movable system head (2) for optimal alignment of the conveyor belt on the parcel wall; load capacity 75 kg at 30° incline
- Handle (3) for intuitive control of the system head by pulling or pushing, including integrated hand detection sensor as a safety function
- Battery-powered drive system with integrated charger (4) to drive into the container or from dock to dock
- Forward moving conveyor belt (5) to transport the unloaded workpieces
- Pressure mats (6) to ensure user safety when riding with the system
- Sensors (7) to avoid collisions and protect people and obstacles
