Delivery date

For bank transfer (prepayment), credit card, and convenience store payment (prepayment): After confirming payment, we usually ship within 2 to 3 business days for items in stock in Japan, and usually within 15 to 25 business days for items not in stock in Japan.

Bank transfer (deferred payment): After we confirm your order, the order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days if the product is in stock in Japan, or within 15 to 25 business days if the product is not in stock in Japan.

For items in stock in Japan, same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 3:00 p.m.
We will notify you by fax or e-mail if there will be a delay for any reason, such as inclement weather, delivery company reasons, etc.
