・Initial defects
If there is a possibility of an initial defect, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 business days from the date of delivery. If we determine that the product is initially defective, we will replace or repair the defective product. Our representative will contact you separately regarding the shipping method and other details.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the initial defect.
