Wall-Mounted Jib Cranes
Jib cranes from Schmalz are very versatile and can be combined with many lifting devices such as chain hoists, rope hoists, smart hoists or vacuum lifting devices. The jib crane is attached to an existing column or wall and has a pivoting angle of 180°. This enables the optimum use of existing hall dimensions. Schmalz offers various solutions for attaching the crane according to the customer's local conditions. Special, newly developed, wall consoles for attachment of the wall-mounted jib crane permit easy installation.
For a weight of up to 1,000 kg, the crane systems use aluminium crane rails. This guarantees extreme responsiveness and supports ergonomic and fatigue-free working. All crane columns are anchor-ready, no additional intermediary plates are necessary.
