YOUR TASKS
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Steward to join our Master Data Management (MDM) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing master data across systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. Additionally, you will prepare and optimize product and business data for online marketplaces, enabling seamless digital commerce operations.
- Maintain, validate and update master data records across core systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, PIM).
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal data governance standards.
- Clean, enrich and transform data for marketplace listings (e.g. robotic platforms, MISUMI, regional platforms).
- Monitor data flows and troubleshoot inconsistencies between internal systems and external marketplaces.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of MDM processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Assist in data quality reporting and provide recommendations for improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant Experience of 2-5 years in Master Data Management, Product Information Management (PIM), or related data domains.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and their data/formatting requirements is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/PIM/PLM tools (Contentserv, PTC Windchill, abas erp).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
