Unboxing: We unpack the NEO 30 and check the contents, including the smart hoist, swivel joint, adapter, charger, two batteries, hook with spring lock, and product manual.

Assembly: Thanks to the Plug & Play feature, assembly is quick and easy. We demonstrate how to attach the NEO 30 to a trolley or an eye bolt and install it in a rail system.

Commissioning: Once the batteries are inserted, the device is ready to use immediately. The backlit on/off button ensures intuitive operation and enables ergonomic lifting of loads up to 30 kg.
