Vacuum Tube Lifter Jumbo

The vacuum tube lifter Jumbo is particularly well suited for frequent and rapid lifting and movement of carton boxes, bags, barrels, wooden sheets and many other applications up to a weight of 300 kg. The retention and lifting process is implemented here exclusively with vacuum as a medium. To grip the load with few marks and lift it securely, neither chain nor rope hoist, nor manipulator or lift cylinder, are necessary.

Thanks to consideration of the latest knowledge in ergonomics, health-preserving work is no problem with the vacuum tube lifter Jumbo.

The device can be easily adapted to individual requirements. It offers variable base components that can be combined in many different ways and assembled based on modular principles. Secure working is guaranteed with the tube lifter. A quick-reaction check valve and a large suction pad area prevent the load's dropping -- even during a power outage. The vacuum tube lifter, of course, meets the accident prevention rules according to BGR/BGV 500.

Where the handling of heavy or unwieldy loads in a rough environment or outdoors is needed, the vacuum tube lifter JumboSprint is the right choice: Grip it with both hands and accurately direct the lifting unit with the load.

The vacuum tube lifter JumboFlex is perfect for frequent, very quick transfers of more lightweight goods with a weight of up to 35 kg. The vacuum tube lifter JumboFlex is the perfect handling solution which can be operated ergonomically and easily by using only one hand.
