Schmalz Videocast – Magnetic Grippers SGM-HP

In this video, we present our magnetic grippers SGM-HP: the ideal gripping solution for complexly shaped workpieces where suction cups reach their limits. The switchable permanent magnet generates very high holding forces. An optional friction ring absorbs high lateral forces, which enables very high process accelerations. Workpiece temperatures of up to 350° Celsius are no challenge for the magnetic grippers SGM-HP. In addition, they can be easily connected to common toolings in the press shop and body shop.
