Safe and Ergonomic Handling of Glass Outdoors up to 350 kg
The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Glass 350/300 from Schmalz is ideal for a safe handling of glass workpieces in outdoor areas. Attached to the site crane, it permits effortless lifting of loads up to 350 kg horizontally or 300 kg vertically. Workpieces can also be swiveled manually by 90° and rotated by 360° with three locking points per right angle. Thereby the workpieces can be aligned perfectly and installed in the facade. Due to its modular design, the VacuMaster Glass can be easily adapted to the dimensions of the workpieces.
The VacuMaster Glass 350/300 can be operated without being attached to the electrical power supply. A LED indicator shows the charge status of the 12 V rechargeable battery, which can be replaced. In addition, the controlled vacuum pump assures that the VacuMaster Glass remains ready for operation up to eight hours.
