Binar Handling Ergo-Glass

The end effector for any flat surface – from glass and metal to plastics and wood: the Ergo-Glass Fixed (EGF) enables ergonomic, precise and safe vertical lifting and is fully integrated into the Binar handling Quick-Lift. Depending on the configured suction plates, the maximum load capacity is up to 285 kg.

Effortless handling of horizontal and vertical glazing. Designed to lift materials ranging from glass and metal to plastics and wood. The workpiece can be picked up both horizontally and vertically and swivelled through 180 degrees (vertically or horizontally) and set down again. The maximum load capacity is up to 420 kg, depending on the configured suction plates.

Ideal for handling long, narrow glass sheets in glazing processes that require precision and non-rigid flexibility. Enables rotating and tilting – from vertical mounting to horizontal placement in a single fluid movement. The maximum load capacity is 145 kg.

Designed for use at the start of the production line where long plastic, aluminum or wooden profiles are processed for use in windows, doors and verandas. Operators lift the profiles directly from the containers and place them on the saw conveyor belt, where they are cut to the desired length. The maximum load capacity is 80 kg.

Makes palletizing at the end of the production line safe, ergonomic and efficient. The EGFC is the perfect tool for handling windows with glazing bars where the use of suction cups is difficult or even impossible. The maximum load capacity is 400 kg.

Maximum versatility for handling glazing. It enables both continuous rotating and gentle tilting, making it ideal for vertical and horizontal glazing steps, palletizing and complex positioning, with a maximum load capacity of 420 kg (depending on the suction plate configuration).

Designed for maximum flexibility in glazing handling. It enables continuous 360° rotation for a vertical glazing station. It ensures smooth and controlled movement. At the end of the line, EGCPR also enables the bearing of windows with shutters in an inverted position, saving valuable space on transport pallets.
