Flexibility, optimization of production processes, and continuous energy and process control are the challenges facing future automation. Our solution for this is the mini compact terminal SCTMi: a compact unit consisting of several vacuum generators that enables different parts to be handled simultaneously and independently with just one vacuum system.

Bus module with NFC interface (1) with central intelligence for condition monitoring and switching status display for each ejector
Visual status indicator (2) for suction and blow-off valve
Central compressed air or vacuum connection (for valve function) (3) as push-in in one direction
Up to 16 ejectors (4), freely selectable according to nozzle size and type, NO/NC/IMP incl. automatic air saving function. Also as a valve function for switching an existing vacuum that is generated electrically, for example
Flexible mounting options (5) allow for integration directly onto the gripper or onto moving axes
Sturdy distribution system (6) for dynamic processes, flexible mounting options

Ejectors (03/05/07/10/12) cannot be combined with vacuum valves (EV).

A maximum of 4 different ejector types can be selected.

Each ejector type has an integrated power blow-off function.

Near Field Communication (NFC)

Safe communication through an energy-neutral point-to-point connection
Visible data: In addition to static data, such as serial numbers, dynamic process data, such as switching points, can also be read out
Parameterization option: The SCTMi can also be parameterized from a smartphone via an app

Industry 4.0 compatible networking

Recorded data is visible and usable up to the control level, enabling bidirectional parameterization and diagnostics in all common fieldbus systems
Condition monitoring increases system availability through detailed condition analysis and fault detection
Predictive maintenance enables predictive maintenance to increase the performance of gripping systems
Energy monitoring enables energy monitoring of vacuum systems to optimize energy consumption
