Modular Crane Gantry KBG with VacuMaster in handling of plates

If it is not possible to install a "classic" crane system in a hall, the Modular Crane Gantry KBG from Schmalz offers the perfect solution. The SRA overhead cranes are attached to the Modular Crane Gantry KBG. The assembly is very simple: All connecting parts are attached to the profile with the same screw set. In addition, only one profile size is used for the entire Modular Crane Gantry KBG. A Modular Crane Gantry KBG consists of at least two gates and can be extended by any number of gates in length. The modular design makes it possible to use a crane where there was none before - even with a relatively small footprint. In combination with Schmalz lifting devices such as a vacuum tube lifter JumboFlex or, as shown in the video, a VacuMaster, the KBG unfolds its full potential.
