Vacuum Tube Lifter JumboErgo simplifies loading wooden boards into a CNC woodworking machine

For the CNC woodworking machine, the logistical transport to the loading stage needed to be ideally controlled. This involves the transport of large wooden boards. In order to protect the health of the employees and to accomplish the work using only one person, the company decided to purchase a vacuum handling system from Schmalz.

The vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo with two quadruple suction cups provides correspondingly flexible loading and unloading of the CNC machine tool with universal boards. Because the beam is infinitely adjustable, the four suction cups can be adapted to fit each universal board. The load is lowered by pressing “Accelerate” and lifted by pressing “Decelerate” on the vacuum tube lifter. The vacuum tube lifter is operated like a motorcycle gas handle, making handling quick and gentle.
