Vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo: for loading and unloading CNC woodworking centers

Previously, two employees were required to transport the coated wooden sheets to a CNC machine for processing. The employees were under extreme physical strain and their health was at risk as a result. To improve the process and relieve workers of this strain, the company purchased a vacuum lifting device from Schmalz.

The vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo can handle loads of up to 110 kg in weight without difficulty. The tube lifter is equipped with double suction cups. Since the two suction cups are fully adjustable on the crossbeam, they can even handle large, unwieldy sheets effortlessly. The wooden sheets can be lifted and lowered using the twist grip on the operator handle. A column-mounted slewing crane SK in combination with the vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo offers a complete solution. The column-mounted slewing crane SK enables access to the entire working area. In this way, the work can be completed by one employee ergonomically and with little physical effort.
