Vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo simplifies loading universal boards into a CNC machining tool

For the CNC wood-machining tools, the logistical transport to the loading stage needed to be ideally controlled. This involves the transport of universal boards weighing up to 80 kg. The vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo with two FM-gripper provides correspondingly flexible loading and unloading of the CNC machine tool with universal boards. Because the beam is infinitely adjustable, the two gripper can be adapted to fit each universal board. The load is lowered by pressing “Accelerate” and lifted by pressing “Decelerate” on the vacuum tube lifter. The vacuum tube lifter is operated like a motorcycle gas handle, making handling quick and gentle. In combination with the SK column-mounted slewing crane, only one person is required to perform the work ergonomically and at any working height.
