When designing Schmalz products, special attention is paid to extremely low maintenance.
In order to maintain constant productivity and therefore optimum work results, regular maintenance of the devices is nevertheless of the utmost importance. Our intelligent vacuum generators from the i-series have integrated condition monitoring to detect possible leakages and faults in the system at an early stage. If a loss of efficiency can be avoided through maintenance, the ejector issues a corresponding signal.
Of course, we are also available to you as a specialist for maintenance work. You are welcome to send us your devices for maintenance or arrange an appointment with us for maintenance at your premises.
Vacuum lifters and crane systems: regular maintenance for high availability
To avoid possible repair cases, we offer special maintenance contracts for our vacuum lifters. Our service technicians carry out recurring inspections and preventive maintenance on your vacuum lifters to ensure lengthy, failure-free operation. This work is carried out at regular intervals, depending on factors such as the number of cycles, the shifts or the level of soiling in the area where the devices are used.
Preventive maintenance keeps the availability of the vacuum lifter permanently high and prevents downtime.
