In cleanrooms, every detail counts: standard tube lifters release particles, are difficult to clean and are not ISO-certified. Only specially developed tube lifters with abrasion-resistant materials and cleanroom suitability ensure the required absence of particles and reliably protect your sensitive products.

Our vacuum tube lifters JumboSprint Hygienic and JumboFlex Hygienic can be completely dismantled, are dishwasher-safe and can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly thanks to their smooth surfaces and wipeable protective tube - even using CIP or a cleaning bath. Low-crack and low-gap stainless steel constructions (A2 and optional A4) and integrated HEPA filters reliably protect people, the product and the environment. FDA-compliant materials allow direct contact with sensitive goods without affecting them. Cleanroom-compatible surfaces made of stainless steel allow particularly easy cleaning and thus contribute to gentle handling and maximum cleanliness.

The stainless-steel jib cranes hygienic are specially designed for use with the vacuum tube lifter JumboSprint Hygienic. Thanks to their robust, corrosion-resistant design, they are perfect for environments with the highest hygiene and cleanliness requirements.
