Vacuum Lifting Device VacuMaster Basic for Swivelling Wooden Sheets by 90 Degrees

The transportation for processing heavy, cumbersome wooden sheets was done by two or more employees before. This required hard, physical work of the employees. A lifting device which is comfortable to operate and would accelerate and ease the working process was demanded by the company.

With the vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Basic, the optimal solution was found. Due to the lifting device from Schmalz it is now possible to transport the heavy, cumbersome wooden sheets without much effort. The vacuum lifting device is designed for loads up to 125 kg. It is equipped with an elecrtric linear drive, therefore the lifting device can move the wooden sheets from the horizontal to the vertical. The vacuum lifting device is equipped with six suction cups, which can be adjusted idividually to every workpiece format. The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Basic enables safe and ergonomic working. The operation can be done by only one employee, who can control the lifting device at the touch of a button.
