Vacuum Blocks VCBL-B for Biesse console tables in furniture carcass production

With the tubeless Schmalz vacuum clamping system for console tables from Biesse with matching suction cup holder, all common machining operations can be carried out on a CNC with full compatibility with the suction cups from the original equipment manufacturer. The suction blocks are inserted into the standard holders in any direction in 15° steps to align the suction surface as required. Clamping lugs on the vacuum block ring and magnets enable secure fixing in the suction cup holder. The integrated sensing valve allows unused suction blocks to remain on the machine table.
