Vacuum Blocks VCBL-R 30/40
Clamping of workpieces in grid and nesting applications with maximum flexibility.
With the VCBL-R vacuum block, you can clamp workpieces of all kinds, from rough or textured surfaces to solid wood.
With the extensive portfolio of dimensions and clamping heights, you can release any clamping task. The suction plate can be replaced quickly and without tools, and is also equipped with a membrane. This protects the workpiece from direct contact with the touch valve, which comes as standard, and at the same time prevents the ingress of dirt.
The optional lifting system facilitates the loading and unloading of large, bulky workpieces and protects the sealing edge of the suction plate. The additional hose connection, available as an accessory, enables use at any position on the grid table, even if there is no suction point below the suction cup.
The nesting insert, which allows the suction cup to be used on the nesting plate and thus makes it universally applicable, is also available as an accessory. The time-consuming conversion of another type of block suction cup between grid and nesting applications is now a thing of the past.
