The task of picking up components from press outlet conveyors and loading them into prepared workpiece carriers places high requirements on ergonomics and safety. The workpieces involved are frequently large and heavy components such as roofs, floors or structural parts.

The JumboErgo lets you quickly handle workpieces weighing up to 300 kg with ease. The grippers are equipped with special suction cups for the sheet metal industry that are highly adaptable and capable of absorbing high lateral forces even on oily surfaces. At the same time, the structure of the friction surface prevents any deformation from occurring.
