With vacuum plate lifters from Schmalz, you can effortlessly handle wooden boards, planks and other workpieces. With the help of vacuum, the lifting aids lift the workpieces leaving few marks, but with power. Schmalz offers two types of vacuum plate lifters: The vacuum tube lifter Jumbo and the vacuum lifting device VacuMaster. With the Jumbo tube lifter, you can effortlessly lift loads weighing up to 300 kilograms. The VacuMaster lifting device can lift up to 2,000 kilograms as standard. On request, we can also manufacture devices that can lift and move even heavier workpieces.

The Jumbo tube lifter, for example, comes in the variants JumboFlex, JumboErgo and JumboSprint. With the JumboFlex tube lifter, you can handle loads weighing up to 50 kilograms with a practical one-hand operation. For heavier loads, the JumboErgo or the JumboSprint , which is particularly suitable as a bag lifter, are used. The JumboSprint is also available in an Ex version for lifting operations in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Our second vacuum plate lifter, the VacuMaster, is also available in different variations. Depending on the version, planks, coils or even rotor blades for wind turbines can be lifted and moved effortlessly. As standard, we also manufacture vacuum plate lifters that allow the workpiece to be swivelled through 90° or rotated through 90°.
